Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RYQO, a service operated by SPARSIM ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

1. What RYQO does

RYQO coordinates AI coding agents, tracks the resulting work, and builds, deploys and hosts the applications those agents produce. RYQO is in beta: features change, and we may alter or withdraw them with notice.

2. Your AI provider accounts

Agents run on subscriptions you hold directly with AI providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or xAI. We do not resell model access, and model usage is billed to you by those providers, not by us.

You are responsible for complying with each provider's own terms. If a provider suspends or limits your account, the affected RYQO features stop working, and that is outside our control.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use RYQO, or an application hosted by RYQO, to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or trade secrets;
• generate or distribute synthetic media depicting real people — face swaps, deepfakes, voice impersonation, or any likeness used without that person's explicit consent;
• generate sexual content involving minors, or content promoting violence or hatred;
• gain unauthorised access to systems or data belonging to anyone else;
• send bulk unsolicited messages, or operate a phishing or fraud scheme;
• resell RYQO itself, or operate a service that lets third parties transact through our infrastructure without our written agreement.

We may suspend a workspace or an application that breaches this section, and we will tell you why.

4. Your code and content

You keep ownership of everything you bring and everything the agents produce for you. We store and process it only to run the service. We claim no licence to it beyond what running the service requires.

You are responsible for what your hosted application does, including the data it collects from its own users and the laws that apply to it.

5. Domains

RYQO can register a domain name for you through our registrar, or connect a domain you already own.

A registration is executed at the domain registry and is final and non-refundable once completed — see the refund policy. Registration also binds you to the registry's rules and to ICANN policy, including the requirement to provide accurate registrant contact details.

6. Fees, billing and taxes

Subscriptions are sold and charged by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and any VAT or sales tax that applies where you are, and its buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices shown at checkout include any tax we are required to add. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect for you.

7. Availability

We do not promise a specific uptime while RYQO is in beta. We do run the hosting so that a published site keeps serving even when our control plane is unavailable, but planned and unplanned interruptions happen and we will not always be able to warn you first.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using RYQO at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used to harm others, or where payment fails and stays unpaid.

On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it. Domains registered for you remain yours; we will transfer them out on request.

9. Liability

RYQO is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for data you did not keep a copy of. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use RYQO after that date means you accept them.
